Yes. Inter-emirate travel is permitted on most models. Simply inform us at booking so it is correctly noted in your rental agreement. However, driving on desert sand under any circumstances is strictly not permitted.
Is there a security deposit? How much?
Yes. An advance deposit is collected at vehicle handover. The amount varies by model class. Standard models carry a lower deposit while high-performance or luxury vehicles require a higher security amount. The full deposit is returned after the end-of-rental period, provided there are no damages or outstanding fines.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes. If you need more time, contact us on WhatsApp before your scheduled return and we can usually extend the rental without any issue based on availability. Early communication avoids any unnecessary late charges.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental start time are fully refunded. Later cancellations may be subject to a one-day rental fee. We advise contacting your supplier directly on WhatsApp as soon as your plans change.
