These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastDrive platform, operated by FastDrive Portal L.L.C-FZ ("FastDrive", "we", "our", or "us"), a free-zone limited liability company registered and operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, accessible at www.fastdrive.ae (the "Platform").
FastDrive operates as a digital car rental marketplace. We connect users who wish to rent a vehicle with registered car rental agencies and dealers listed on the Platform. FastDrive does not own, operate, or lease any vehicles. We are not a party to any rental agreement between a user and a listed dealer.
By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — whether as a general visitor, registered user, or listed agency — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms:
To use the Platform, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under UAE law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
Agencies wishing to list vehicles on the Platform must hold a valid trade licence, be authorised to conduct car rental operations under applicable UAE law, and maintain a physical business presence. FastDrive reserves the right to verify the credentials of any Agency and to decline or revoke access at its sole discretion.
FastDrive provides a technology-based marketplace that facilitates discovery and initial contact between users seeking car rental services and agencies offering such services. FastDrive does not:
All rental agreements are concluded directly between the user and the relevant Agency. FastDrive is not a party to such agreements and accepts no liability arising from them.
Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify FastDrive immediately at info@fastdrive.ae if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
FastDrive reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that FastDrive determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties.
Agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their Listings, including pricing, vehicle specifications, availability, and any terms of rental. FastDrive does not independently verify Listing content and makes no representations regarding its accuracy.
Agencies must not submit Listings that:
FastDrive reserves the right to remove any Listing at any time without notice if it is found to be in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including its design, layout, software, graphics, trademarks, and brand elements — are owned by or licensed to FastDrive. These rights are protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without FastDrive's prior written consent.
By submitting Content to the Platform (including Listings, images, and written materials), you grant FastDrive a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that Content solely in connection with operating the Platform and promoting its services.
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FastDrive expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
FastDrive does not endorse any Agency listed on the Platform and makes no representation about their suitability, reliability, or compliance with applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FastDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to:
FastDrive's total aggregate liability to any user, for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, shall not exceed AED 500 (five hundred UAE Dirhams), or the amount paid by you to FastDrive in the preceding twelve (12) months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastDrive, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any Content you submit to the Platform; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. FastDrive does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services accessible via such links. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Any transactions or interactions you conduct with third parties identified through the Platform are solely between you and that third party. FastDrive is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.
FastDrive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
We may also update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, through a prominent notice on the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent FastDrive from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and FastDrive with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
